• Reliability, punctuality, and adherence to safety standard

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES​

• Set up, operate, and maintain moulder and other woodworking machines

• Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and specifications

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and production requirements

• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

• Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as needed

• Identify and troubleshoot production or machine issues

QUALIFICATIONS

​

• Physically able to stand for long periods and safely handle materials

• Experience preferred, but not required in millwork or woodworking.

• Strong math, measurement, and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Team player who is open to feedback and constructive criticism

• Willingness to learn with a strong work ethic, independent self starter who takes initiative. ​​

• Works well in a team environment.
